The Massage Team.

  • Founder & LMT - She/Her

Sarah is the owner and a massage therapist at Elevated Bodyworks.

She moved to Oregon to pursue her massage education and stayed because of the gorgeous scenery and wonderful people. She loves biking, snowboarding, and exploring with her dog, Gaia.

Sarah is no stranger to injury and she knows the ups and downs that come along with the recovery process. She also knows the body has an incredible ability to heal if given the environment it needs to do so.

She feels very lucky that she gets to help people for a living and is passionate about helping people reduce their pain and get back to the things they love.

Focused and soothing, she has the experience and techniques to deliver restorative results. She would love to share what she knows with you so you can feel your best and take your results beyond when the session ends!

  • LMT #18741 – She/Her

Roseanna Colabella is the Concierge of self-care, a Holistic Health Practitioner, and Medical Sports Massage therapist with nearly two decades of Massage and Bodywork experience. She is originally from San Diego California but has been in the PNW for 13 years. Combining modalities like Myofascial release, Sports massage, Trigger point therapy, and PNF (which uses a combination of passive stretching and gentle resistance is used to break neuromuscular holding patterns to help reset muscle holding patterns) Her focus is to soothe the nervous system and release muscular compensation patterns to revitalize her patients.

She honed her skills working with clients from the Navy SEALS to retired elderly park rangers and everyone in between. She is devoted to a philosophy of simple self-care as a means to optimize the body's healing functions. She spent a great deal of her career working in chiropractic clinics which developed techniques focused on injury recovery, specifically Repetitive strain injury and whiplash. Roseanna will meet you where you are and utilize her acquired skills to help get you where you’d like to be.

For Roseanna rollerskating, cooking nutritious food, reading, having a laugh with friends/family, and embracing nature's rejuvenating beauty is self-care.

  • LMT #26333 – She/Her

Kiya brings over 12 years of experience to her work as a massage therapist. She’s originally from Minnesota and now happily calls Oregon home. She loves helping her patients get relief from pain and has become an expert at treating neck and shoulder pain. Whether it’s from working at a desk or training for your next race, her ability to do deep work will get you relief that lasts.

She customizes each massage by intently listening and using her strengths in deep tissue, structural integration, and craniosacral therapy to create a unique massage tailored to your needs. Her active lifestyle and empathetic nature help her meet each patient where they are at and deliver care that can help you meet your goals in less time and with less pain along the way.

Although she gives a great full-body massage, doing focused work including working with tension headache sufferers has become a bit of her specialty. Book with Kiya today to see how she can help you reduce your pain and improve both your physical and mental wellness through the power of massage.

In her downtime, you can find her going to local live music, perusing used book stores and thrift shops, or running off into the great outdoors to find an adventure. Currently, she rides motorcycles, floats around on her SUP, runs medium-ish distance, and will play soccer when she finds a fun league to play on.
